The primary challenge wasn't visual. It was performance. All Lottie animations had to stay under 1MB while maintaining smooth playback on the live homepage. That required rebuilding source vector assets from scratch rather than exporting directly from brand files.
For video, the priority was clarity over polish. B2B buyers skim, so every explainer was built around a clear chapter structure with visible UI callouts that hold up at 1.5× playback speed.
All deliverables were handled under a retainer structure, which meant fast turnarounds and no onboarding overhead for each new request.
