Central Pacific Consultants Ltd. needed a short, auto-looping UI feature walkthrough for their event management platform, Check-in Pax. The goal was to visually demonstrate how event planners handle guest RSVPs, view timeline history, and resend invitations directly on mobile devices — embedding it seamlessly into their landing page.
Scope of Work
Silent RSVP Workflow Walkthrough: Produced a soundless, 60 FPS auto-looping UI animation showing real-time RSVP management. Engineered without audio specifically for background web embedding to bypass browser autoplay restrictions and ensure a seamless viewing experience.
Web Optimization & Styling: Adjusted video contrast, frame rate, and compression to reduce the file size down to ~2.6MB for fast, frictionless landing page loading.
The Solution
Engineered a crisp, fast-paced video animation adapting real RSVP workflows from the Check-in Pax mobile application. Added custom UI visual elements like click effects and pop-up confirmation badges to ensure complete visual clarity without needing sound.
