Project Goal & Deliverables
Project UNITY returned to produce their flagship Catalyst Academy annual recap video alongside interactive website hero motion assets. The 2025 campaign presented immense technical complexity: animating a 6-minute multi-chapter narrative combining complex 3D globe transitions, US regional puzzle dynamics, newspaper openers, and scrolling statistical metric callouts under extreme event presentation deadlines.
Scope of Work
Complex Motion Graphics & 3D Mapping: Designed 3D rotating globes, US map puzzle reveals, magnifying glass motion VFX, and animated press openers.
Extended Program Editing: Assembled a 6-minute multi-speaker video incorporating custom sound ducking, lower thirds, and animated statistical counters.
Web Hero Motion Assets: Created 1920x1210 resolution looping 3D animations with floating nodes and health discipline icons for the organization's homepage.
Sound Design & Audio Polish: Applied custom transition sound effects, background score balance, and multi-speaker audio enhancement.
The Solution
Engineered a comprehensive 2D/3D motion framework featuring interactive state puzzle maps, magnifying glass animations, custom sound design, and custom brand-compliant color gradients (#00003E Navy Blue, #32E6DD Turquoise, #9632E6 Purple). Overcame severe software crashes and tight turnaround constraints to deliver a polished, broadcast-ready annual program video.
